WasteEng2024: information regarding the conference mode

WasteEng2024 proposes IN-PERSON PARTICIPATION only

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

  • Registration fees should be paid in Euros for non Japanese resident participants
  • Japanese participants and participants working in Japanese institutions will have choice to pay their registration fees in Yen or in Euros
  • WasteEng2024 conference will use the Whova platform to the conference online programme access

Early-bird registration fees until April 9, 2024

In-person registration fees (net prices) include: presentation of up to 2 papers, book of abstracts, coffee-breaks, lunches and gala dinner
Participants may present more than two papers. In this case a fee of 150€ per additional paper will be charged

In order to benefit from the student registration fees,
you will be required to send a copy of a valid student card to the conference secretariat.

Important notice

If you choose to pay by credit card, only bank cards offering 3D Secure “Verified by Visa” or “Mastercard SecureCode” authentication can be used to make online payment.

Cancellation conditions

Any cancellation request must be done by clicking on the « Cancellation » button in your account or sent by email at carte-blanche@wasteeng2024.org.

The following fees will be applied for a registration cancellation or for any additional order cancellation (Euro/Yen):

  • 15% of registration fees / additional order for any request received between April 2, 2024 and June 3, 2024 included
  • 50% of registration fees / additional order for any request received between June 4, 2024 and July 2, 2024 included
  • 100% of registration fees / additional order for any request received after July 3, 2024

WasteEng Series will pay all French bank charges linked to the reimbursement of your registration but cannot exclude that additional bank charges may be invoiced to you by other banking intermediaries or exchange fees.
